We operate the website located at https://yourhavendesign.com/ and its related subdomains, including welcome.yourhavendesign.com, portal.yourhavendesign.com, webinar.yourhavendesign.com, and team.yourhavendesign.com (collectively, the “Website”), as well as the design services, client portal, and communications we provide (together with the Website, the “Services”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Website and use our Services.
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Website or Services.
What Information We Collect
a) Personal Information You Provide
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Business name and business details (when you apply to work with us)
- Payment and billing information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
- Account credentials for the client portal
- Other information you provide when you fill in a form, request a quote, apply for membership, register for a webinar, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us
b) Information Submitted About Design Projects
If you are a contractor client, you may submit information about your own customers and their properties in order for us to produce designs, including property photos and videos, addresses or location information, measurements and surveys, style preferences, budgets, and project notes (“Project Data”).
We process Project Data solely to provide design services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share Project Data with us, including any required notice to or consent from your customers. We do not use Project Data to market to your customers, and we never contact your customers directly.
c) Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our Website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Time zone setting
- Operating system and platform
- Referral source (how you found us)
- Pages you visit, how long you stay, links you click, other interactions with the Website
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers (if applicable)

Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we may send you messages related to your account, projects, appointments, and, where you have consented, marketing offers.

- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using your personal data depends on the information concerned and the context in which we collect it:

You may appeal a refusal of your request by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state Attorney General if you are unsatisfied with the outcome.
California residents: we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
EU/EEA Residents
You additionally have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Security
