Behind every render and plan set is a team of people who handle the work from the moment a job comes in to the moment it lands back in your hands. Everyone here has a specific role, and everyone talks to each other.
We are spread across a few time zones and a few backgrounds, but the group runs on the same idea: being the best design team in the world.

Founder & CEO
Derek
Derek started Your Haven in January 2023 with a simple idea: contractors deserve better design support. A Las Vegas native, he spent a few years in Austin before moving back home to be closer to family and friends.
Derek is the kind of leader people want to follow. He sets the vision, pushes the team, and never asks anyone to work harder than he does.

Zen
Director of Sales
Zen grew up in South Lake Tahoe, California, and bet on himself early. He dropped out of college to work alongside Derek in a previous business, and that bet paid off. He moved to Las Vegas to lead the Your Haven sales team and has built it from the ground up. Zen is proof that hunger beats pedigree every time.
Eddie
Director of Marketing & Systems
Eddie and Derek go way back. They met in college, lived together for years, and eventually moved to Austin together. Before Your Haven, Eddie spent years running marketing at global Fortune 500 companies. Now he builds the systems, campaigns, and tech that keep Your Haven growing. If you've seen our ads, emails, or portal, that's Eddie's work.
Bailey
Director of Operations
Bailey is an entrepreneur, innovator, and master operator. Originally from Georgia and now living outside Nashville, he's a big family guy with two kids who keep him busy when he's not keeping Your Haven running smoothly. Bailey is the one making sure every job, every process, and every handoff happens the way it should.
Scott
VP of Design
Scott is the brain behind our designs. A Texas A&M landscape architecture graduate with years of hands-on landscape experience, he leads the design team and sets the standard for every render and plan that leaves our shop. Scott is a family man with a deep faith, and it shows in how he leads: steady, humble, and detail-obsessed.
Michael
Director of Accounting
Michael has known Derek since they were five years old, back when their biggest shared concern was who got the good controller on the Xbox. He lives in the middle of nowhere in Montana, and honestly, he likes it that way. As our accountant, Michael keeps the money straight so the rest of the team can focus on the work.
