The layout centers around a contemporary linear pool featuring a raised spa, elegant water features, and ambient lighting that transitions beautifully from day to night.

A covered patio extends the indoor living experience outdoors, offering a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, bar seating, and a dedicated dining area. The space also includes a media-ready entertainment zone designed for year-round use, blending comfort, functionality, and style.

Toward the rear of the yard, a custom entertainment pavilion provides an additional gathering space complete with built-in seating, TV integration, and a sleek countertop for hosting. Landscape elements, including structured plantings and privacy trees, frame each space and create a cohesive visual flow from the front yard to the backyard.
