By submitting your project(s) to the Your Haven Contractor Awards, you agree to the following:

1. Content Use: All photos, videos, and materials submitted may be used by Your Haven Design for marketing, promotional, and showcase purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and print/digital materials.

2. Rights & Ownership: You confirm that you have the rights to share the submitted content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Attribution: Whenever possible, Your Haven Design will credit contractors or companies for their submitted work.

4. Prizes: Prizes are as described in the contest details. No substitutions or cash alternatives are permitted unless explicitly stated by Your Haven Design.

5. Selection: Winners will be chosen at the discretion of the Your Haven Design team. Decisions are final.

6. Future Contact: By entering, you consent to being contacted by Your Haven Design for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes in the future. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

By entering, you grant Your Haven Design full permission to feature your work and acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
