Aurelia Project

This project in Reno, Nevada, is an extensive front and backyard transformation with a budget of $950,000. The front yard is dominated by a massive rock water feature that creates a stunning entrance to the property. In the backyard, the design includes a luxurious pool, hot tub, fire pit, and cold plunge area for relaxation. There’s also an outdoor shower, a fully equipped kitchen under a pergola, and various landscaping elements that complement the space. The backyard is further enhanced by strategically placed water features, extensive outdoor lighting, and a pickleball court alongside a half basketball court.

Turf areas provide lush green spaces, adding to the overall appeal, while maintaining low maintenance. One of the main challenges of this project was managing the significant slope in the backyard, which required careful planning to ensure functionality and aesthetics without compromising the usability of the space. Creating privacy for the homeowners was another key focus, which was addressed through careful placement of trees, hedges, and landscape design elements to shield the space from neighboring views.
